error SBOLExt.dll

I get an SBOLExt.dll error message every time I open Outlook. Any ideas how
to fix? I also cannot get to the normal.dot file to change so my Word will
work. I have the instructions that I've seen on so many posts but need to be
details on how to get to the file. Thanks.

Post this in an OUTLOOK newsgroup and you'll get an immediate solution. This
NG is for WORD.
