All our company workstations are using MS Outlook 2003 to send and receive
emails. Now we are experiencing the same problem for almost all workstations.
When we try to send email with attachment more than 1MB, the email will get
stuck in the Outbox, and server timeout error message will appear stating
that the email is not sent. Then, after several trials (by pressing the
"Send/Receive" button), the email is finally sent. However, most of the time,
the person who we sent the email to, would complain to us that he received
the same copy of email 7 or even more than 10 times from us. So we ended up
flooding others' email accounts.
We have updated our MS Office 2003. There's no more update patches available
to download. We have set the server timeout to the maximum of 10 minutes.
What else can we try?
