Error sending large file attachments (0x800c8105)

Hi,
Outlook 2002, Windows XP pro, Broadband Satelite
connection through a LAN.
I am having problems sending emails with large
attachments. (Large being 3-6 Mb)
Outlook 2002 initiates a send and receive normally, then
the progress window shows multiple instances of sending,
until finally it reports "Task mail.account.name -
Sending' reported error (0x800C8105):'Unkown Error
0x800C8105)"
The message may eventually go through, but it takes a
couple of hours to send a 4 Mb file.
Anyone come across this before?
