error sending message 550

when i try send a message from outlook it comes up with. sending reported
error (0 800ccc69) the server responded 550

That's a mail server response. Contact the adminsistrator of the mail
server.

As well as Brian's post you may want to mention to your Mail Host or ISP
that the IP address may have been at one time on a spam blacklist as per
http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=81.159.142.232

What I think is that the person is referencing a server that is having
trouble access its blacklist server and is spitting out the error.
