error sending/receiving mail in Outlook 2003

[stumped.......]

Hi All,

I keep getting an error (0x8004010F) when trying to s/r
mail in Out2003. It states: "Task 'pop."ISPname".net-
Sending'reported error (0x8004010F): 'The opreration
failed. An object could not be found'

Can anyone help with this? I am able to use my ISP's
mailbox but would prefer to use Outlook. All of the pop
and smtp settings are correct.

Yes, I have and all of the tasks read completed---
however I never receive any of the Test E-mails....
