Error setting password to accdb

Hello
I have this problem. I logon on Windows Vista with guest account.
When I try to open in exclusive mode a accdb end try to set a password
Access 2007 said to me: invalid argument.(error 3001). If I logon on Windows
Vista with administrator privilegies all go right. Also if i try to open a
password protected database without login on windows vista with
administrative privileiges access 2007 always answer me bad password but
I'm sure that the password is correct.
May you have some advice?
