Error setting up Data File

I am using Outlook 2003 beta 2. When trying to set up another profile, I
have difficulty getting it to create a new data file.

In control panel, I do the following:

Mail, select profile, Properties, Data File, Add

Then, I get a window popup saying:

An unknown error occurred, error code: 0x80070002

Any idea why? I have installed OutlookFolders software if that makes any
difference.
