Error setup SharePoint Files Tool

When I'm trying to add a SharePoint document library on WSS 3, I get error
"Please select a SharePoint document library, or a folder within a document
library."
The error seems specific to that sharepoint host. I can add from other SP
host successfully.
Is there any special settings in SP that may affect Groove integration?

You have to ensure that WebDAV is activated for this specific host.
(A simple way to check that, is to try to browse your list using the
"Explorer View". If you cannot use this capability, you won't be able to
synchronize Groove and SharePoint... They both use the same underlying
feature)

Thanks Fabrice. My site is WebDav enabled.
I found out the problem is that the virtual host has multiple host headers.
I used a host header that is not default. After I use default host name, I
can map folders in Groove.
