Error Signature in Word

When in word I get this Error Signature:

AppName: winword.exe
AppVer: 10.0.267.0
ModName: winword.exe
ModVer: 10.0.2627.0
Offset: 00824812

This error shows up when I go to the toolbar and click on
file, edit, etc. The icon toolbar works fine.
