Error Signature When closing outlook 2000

My OS is XP home edition and I am using Microsoft office 2000. I do not have
any problems with outlook. When I close my outlook a get this error message.

AppName: outlook. exe AppVer 9.0.06604 ModName: omint.dll
ModVer: 5.5.3153.0 offset: 0006f33d

I did do a Detect and repaired and updated windows and office but I still
get this error. This error is stopping me from transferring data to my
electronic organizer from the computer. I did do a reinstall but that was
before I updated my windows and Office.

Can anyone help?
