I've just fixed a problem with our Project Server 2003 installation
(Yes, I know, I really should upgrade...)
The problem is in the provisioning of Sharepoint sites for projects,
some of my projects don't get provisioned correctly and when I try to
manually provision them through PWA I get the error "Site does not
seem to exist".
It turns out that Sharepoint can't create a WSS site if the project
name has an & in it. Change the project name and bingo - works.
Looking through the groups this is just one extra solution to this
problem, there appear to be a number of others, but I thought I'd
share...
Thanks
