ERROR,SKU044.cab file missing unable to update Service Pack 1.

Office uninstalled then reinstalled did not correct problem. Web components
missing. Office 2003 Professional Edition

Both of these fixes apply to MicroSoft Office Standard Edition 2003 not
Professional. I do not have MicroSoft Info Path Installed
