Error starting Groove.

When i start Groove now on my computer, I get a message

"Unable to continue due to errro initializing binary file store. Invalid
access to memory location.".

I have run grooveclean.exe, and get exactly the same message when starting it.

Can anyone help?

Hi,

It seems your Groove account has been broke. You can run grooveclean -all to
clear all Groove account. And then, restore your account from backup file or
retrieve it from Groove.net.
