Error starting up Excel

I have Office 2003 Pro. Everytime I start Excel, I get this error "B813E100:
file format is not valid." I tried reinstalling, installed updates, and some
stuff I saw on Microsoft's website...forgot the address. There are no
results in google.com. Any ideas?
