Error "Stopped Working" on Close of PP

When I exit Powerpoint 2007 I get a message "MS Office Powerpoint has stopped
working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will
close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Sometimes is
goes thru 2 iterations of this message before it will close. All else seems
to be working OK - just annoying on every close & worrysome that something
else will go wrong.

I have run all the office diagnostics - all is OK.
I have no add-ins to Powerpoint.
I am up to date on all updates.
I have checked for other solutions on the MS websites and found nothing.

Should I uninstall PP and reinstall??? Any suggestions?
