Error Submitting form when link is opened from Outlook email link

We have been updating our users to have InfoPath 2007 and Outlook 2007. We
have a form with a workflow process that was working fine when the users had
InfoPath 2007 and Outlook 2003. Now if users access the form from the link
in email, when they submit the form they receive the following error, but the
form is still submitted. I can find other people reporting this but haven't
found a solution. Any suggestions are welcome!


InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
The form cannot be submitted to the following location:
http://sharepoint/it/proc/newitem/Inventory Item Setup/mike's first tuesday
test_58.xml
The file is in use by another application or user.

Hello,

If we have special character in File name then SharePoint will replace with
other character for those special characters in file name and submit the
form. We have to remove those special characters before submitting the form
to SharePoint.

We have to verify the exact SharePoint link for that form and try to open in
new Internet Explorer window.
