Error synchronizing folder in outlook 2003

I get the following message often in outlook 2003 using
Exchange Server 2000.

Error synchronizing folder [80040119-544-50B-560]
The item was found to contain a virus that could not be
cleaned. For more information, contact your Exchange
server administrator.

I can remove the email by going online. I don't have this
problem with outlook 2002.

Any idea on a fix or setting I have wrong.
