error syncronizing headers

I am getting my E-mail from an exchange server. And I get my e-mail however
everytime I click send recieve I get an Error message: Task 'Work: Folder:
Inbox Syncronizing Headers.' reported error (0x8007000E) : 'Out of memory or
system resourses. Try closing other programs to free additional memary.'
I have tried this with no programs running and my comouter has 512mb. ram.
so I should have plenty of memory.
