Suddenly I can no longer open larger emails. Error message reads;
!Remote item header
This item has not been retreived from the server. Do you want to;
*Mark item to download this message; or

*Mark to download this message and have a copy on the server; or

*Mark to delete thid message from the server.
Where is my problem? Outlook, Comcast, the ISP or ?? Please help.

It looks like you are only getting message headers for large messages,
which means you only download some basic information about the
message, but not the whole thing. This makes your Send/Receive
faster, because if the message is useless or spam, or you happen to be
on a slow connection at the time, but would like to get it later when
you're on a broadband connection, you can defer downloading the whole
big thing.

So...
1) Mark item to download or Mark to download with copy on server if
you want to keep a copy on the server (in case you want to access from
webmail or some other mail app later)

2) Right click the folder in your Mail Folders pane (I assume Inbox,
in this case), and select Process Marked Headers from the context
menu.
This will download the ones you marked for downloading, delete (from
the server; i.e. permanently, without ever downloading it to your
machine) the ones you marked for deletion.
