Don't know if you can help me but maybe direct me to the right site. My husbands computer has Windows ME and today he got an error ~7583836889.TMP in Explorer and it says to restart the machine. We have scanned, defragged, Norton scanned, and restarted and we keep getting the error. When you close it the screen goes blue, when you restart you come up in safe mode but can reactive your desktop but everytime you get this explorer error message? You help in directing me where to go or what to do is appreciated.
