Error to open the outlook

hello!

I installed the office 2003 in my computer, but when i open the microsoft
outlook it appears the messege "It's not possible open the outlook window".

When i trying create one accont appears the message "The operation failed
because an installation or register problem".

Hou can resolve this problem?
