Error Trying to open message . Outlook express

Dear
Outlook express open OK, show message readers, download
the messages.. but
If I try to open a message(double click on header) it says
can't open the one Outlook express error.
When trying to open Address book it says the same and also
says is possible that is not installed correctly.
The issue is it worked for the last 6 months fine and one
day started with this error.

I couldn't solve the problem doing the following:ç
a) Uninstalled from add/uninstall software (windows
compenents) in Control Panel . even uninstalling IE6.
b) Replacing files under outlook express folder from
another machine with same characteristics.

Some one knows how to solve this issue? it is possible to
download outlook express alone and installed over the
actual one?

Outlook Express is not a part of Office - it is a part of Internet
Explorer - you will find better assistance in a group that assists with
Express problems.

For Outlook Express (OE) support try posting in one of
these newsgroups:
microsoft.public.inetexplorer.ie4.outlookexpress for OE 4.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)
