In Word 2003 I and a teacher att the school where I'm IT-technican suddenly
have got 2 boxes saying like this

If I push OK several time then the wordfile opens but this is very
irritating...anyone have a clue about this? It came after the last updates.

Can you start word in safe mode and see if the problem persists

Start/Run winword/a

If you can start normally in safe mode, then there could be an add-in
causing the problem.

You could also try renaming your normal.dot file to normal.bak and restart
word.

Can you start word in safe mode and see if the problem persists

Start/Run winword/a

If you can start normally in safe mode, then there could be an add-in
causing the problem.

You could also try renaming your normal.dot file to normal.bak and restart
word.

Select Tools\Templates and addins. In the Global template and add-ins, are
there any add-ins checked. If so uncheck each in turn to find the what may be
causing the problem. Re-check as you go.

and it's called Stava Rätt 3 http://www.oribi.se/stava_ratt.htm and it's an
old software, which no has been replaced by Stava Rex
http://www.oribi.se/stava_rex.htm

New pathes and old softwares in collisions how many times have we not seen
this before?

Select Tools\Templates and addins. In the Global template and add-ins, are
there any add-ins checked. If so uncheck each in turn to find the what may be
causing the problem. Re-check as you go.
