Error - Unexepected End of Page

Visio 2000 - I am trying to select all > copy into a Word document. The
select all function is working, but when I select copy I receive the
following error message: "An error (1) occurred during the action Copy.
Unexpected end of file." How can I correct this error and successfully paste
the file into Word?

my experience is that you probably have a corrupt shape on the page.
