Error using button ORTHOGRAPHY AND GRAMATIC

I have installed Office 2003 (spanish) in my PC with Windows XP SP2.
When I use Word, and click over the button ORTOGRAPHY AND GRAMATIC, the Word
quit and dissapear.
Please, could somebody help me telling me what I have to do in order to
solve this problem and get to run orthography over my document ?
