Error Using Clip Art in Publisher

When I try to insert clip art in a Publisher file, I get an error:
0x800c0008. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to resolve this?

1. I would have suggested you post in the Publisher newsgroup. We're special
enough to have a group all to ourselves instead of being lumped into a
catchall group.

2. What is the full error message? I have some ideas but I'd rather be
certain which one is the answer you need.

Are you inserting from the Office web site? Copy/paste? Be certain you have the
ActiveX control installed. Delete the Office cookie and revisit the Office clipart
site. You will automatically be directed to the ActiveX page, if not start here:
http://office.microsoft.com/templates/axinstall.aspx?FromArea=Clipart

Empty your Internet temp cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet options,
delete files.

Do you have Norton?
