Error Using Collaborate Function in 2003

I receive the following error when trying to connect to Project Server 2003
using the online collaboration in Project 2003:


ERROR
The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator:
/sites/MS_ProjectServer_PublicDocuments/default.aspx/isapi/pjdbcomm.dll

I've enabled anonymous access for this specific file in IIS, still nothing.

Setup:
Windows 2003 / IIS 6.0
Project Server 2003
Project 2003
SharePoint Portal Server 2003

Any insight would be appreciated!
