I'm running a portuguese (BR) version of MS Word. In this version, the
shortcut for bold text is CTRL + N instead of CTRL + B for english version.
Anyway, I've noticed a strange behavior when using this shortcut or even
other methods to make a text bold.
To reproduce this, I open a blank document and type a few words, say 3.
E.g., I type "One Two Three". Then I press CTRL + N to apply bold to next
word I will write, for instance, "Four". Instead of just turning bold on for
next stuff I will type, it selects the words behind the cursor and apply bold
to them. On this example, the first time I press CTRL + N it selects the word
"Three" and makes it bold. If I press again, it goes further on selecting
words and apply bold now to "Two Three". Finally, pressing CTRL + N again, it
selects all and apply bold to all.
I've tryed to type some words, select one of that and apply bold by clicking
the button in toolbar, but same problem occurs.
I would really appreciate some help on this issue.
Regards, VinÃcius.
