Error - "W2561411.CAB missing"

Office XP

Suddenly, when I start up Word, I'm told to the effect that a necessary
file, W2561411.CAB is missing. I'm also told to run setup, repair.

Question: If I do, am I going to lose customized files, such as templates,
auto-text, contacts, etc., etc. How about all my emails?

In the meantime, Word nevertheless finally starts, notwithstanding the error
message.
