Error: Web Part "My WebPart" appears to be causing a problem

I get this error page when I drag and drop my My WebPart onto a zone on
the project server. I have no idea how to even try and debug this. Does
anyone have any ideas how to begin looking into this problem? Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
