hello, ever since I upgraded the access runtime to 2003 I
get an error message ever time a database is attempted to
be opened. It says:
Worgroup Administrator couldn't create the workgroup
information file. Make sure that you have specified a
valid path and file name, that you have adequate
permissions to create the file, and that you have enough
disk space on the destination drive.(-3100).... It then
gives another message... Couldn't find file (Jibberish).
This file is required for startup.
I have seen some people mention that it refers to a missing
msw file, yet it is there. I do have win xp sp2 but I even
put access in the exemptions group. Any suggestions would
be greatly appreciated.
