error when adding resource.

I am trying to add a resource from active directory in project 2003 and am
getting an unusual error that I have not gotten before. The error it gives me
is "name or windows account". I know that all of their information is correct
so I am not sure what could be causing this. Any thoughts??

I always add from Project pro but I thought i would see if I could add him as
a user from PWA. When I tried I got the error" The windows nt account already
exists in the database". How would I go about finding it in the db and
deleting it so I can readd it. I spoke with the former admin for this system
and this person used to be a user but in effort to "clean up" they deleted
him by using the clean up database tool on PWA. Any thoughts from here?
