Recently updated Anti virus- Kaspersky 2009. When virus scanning, I get a
blue 're start' screen with error 0x0000000a (0x00000166, 0x00000002,
0x00000000) 0x804e5433. I have narrowed the problem to be my Pfiles:
C:\Program Files\office XP\MS Office 2000 Professional 1\PFILES
Is anyone aware of a fix or recent update? Unable to determine root cause.
All individual folders and/or extentions within Pfiles folder scan clear.
Scan of Pfile sfolder itself causes the restart error.
