Error when archiving in Outlook

Hello,

Two of my clients get an error when trying to either AutoArchive or manually
archive their inboxes:

Error while archiving "<Foldername>" in the store "<Mailbox-Username>"
Unknown error

They can drag and drop messages with no problem.
