Error When Baselining

I ws trying to Baseline my project and when I do I get the "WINPROJ has
generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to re-start
the program. An error log is being created.

My system Information:

MS Windows 2000 5.00.2195 Service Pack 4
MS Project 2000 (9.0.2000.0224)

1) Why might Project be doing this?
2) Where is the error log located?

First really important thing to do is download and install SR-1 from
www.microsoft.com. It fixed a number of things.

How can I tell if I have SR-1 installed? Since I posted this message, I have
opened an older version of this file and can successfilly baseline the plan
so I think it's a problem with the file... Is there a way to "fix" it? I
have already tried the Save As.. .mpd. Anything else?
