error when configuring new email account

Hi
outlook can't connect to incoming or outgoing server when testing new
account config. I have entered all the correct details as I have previously
but it doesn't work.
I've followed the help but doesn't work either, hence i'm posting here.
I'd really appreciate some help - i can provide more details.

Can you provide some more details like version of outlook………is there any
error message?
By the way, are you trying to configure multiple email accounts?
Also mention the type of account (ISP).
