Error when connection to WSS

I get this error when try to conncet to WSS in PWA.

"The specified Web Server is not extended with Windows SharePoint or it is
not accessible via http(s) protocols."

I install WSS on the other machine named "sharepoint".PWA on
"projecterver".WSS however is already extended with no problem.What could be
the cause of that error?Both machine is in LAN.What is this "https" anyway?

First you need to be sure that the WSSWiz on the Project CD has been run on
the WSS server that you are trying to us. This maybe you problem. Also be
sure that the WSSAdmin domain account is set up on the destination WSS
server. Also be sure the new WSS servers admin url and port are setup
correct in PWA.

HTTPS is the SSL encrypted version of HTTP. It usual runs on port 443 like
HTTP runs on port 80. This should not be a issue here.
