Error when converting a access 2003 database for the access 2000 d

Good day:

I am building a database in access2003 and when I tried to convert it for
access 2000 happened the following mistake: "Errors were encountered during
the save operation"

Then the access blocks is in the state - converting.

I have to press Ctrl-Alt-del to close the access2003.
I try to open the created file with the access 2000 and it gives the
following mistake:
- " The !9 didn't get to create the database window." - "Update is her
recent version of Microsoft Internet Explorer" lives

The access 2000 is in Portuguese and the 2003 is in English.

Which is that should be the problem?
