Error When Creating Proposal from Sharepoint List

MOPS07....

I create a list in Sharepoint. Go to the Proposal page in PWA....create a
new Proposal. I select "From Sharepoint List," plug the URL in, and get the
error message (below).

Any suggestions? Thks in advance.
