Error when editing after importing Access Database

I imported and Access database with one table. Add, Delete and View work
fine. Everything works fine on the Edit function as well, but when submitted
I get the following error:

Database Results Wizard Error
The operation failed. If this continues, please contact your server
administrator.

Did you verify the database after importing? Tools>Web
Settings>Database>Verify (or Add, then Verify, then "OK"). Also, be sure
your hosting service supports Access databases and has ASP support.

OH - one more thing - you have to have Read/Write/Update permissions....
You're doing an update...

Maybe the r/w permissions are my problem. Sorry for being dumb, but I don't
know where these settings are, can you please give me a clue?

Have you contacted your web host to have them run a check on the extensions?

No I have not had the extensions checked, But, if I create a new database
thru frontpage I dont have this problem . It's only when I import the
database that the editor fails. Do you still think that could be the
extentions?

Are you letting FP store the database in the fpdb folder and creating the global.asa file?

I've seen the issue when you import the database without creating within FP,
so that's likely the problem. Contact the hosting company and have the r/w
permissions set.

Thank you all for your tips, I really appriceate the responce to my problem.
I will call my host tomarrow and have my permissions checked . But one more
question please:

I run IIS to test my Web site as well, then how do I check permissions in
my local server because it has the same problem? I don't know where to
check these settings, am I blind?

Control Panel | Admin Tools | SharePoint (IE page icon), then Server Health
