Error when Group by: No Group

Hello,
We have projcet 2000 files. We installed project 2007 Proffesional now. We
open project files which created project 2000. From Menu bar Project/Group
by: No Group/any of group or groups desinated by us. After that, project has
an error and closed itself. In event viewer we have application error which
is
