an error occurred while trying to access the resources stored on the database. Either there are too many resources, or the project server may not have the correct dsn configuration.
I found the solution to my problem by creating an incident with MS. Here it is
Run this C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\BIN>proxycfg -d -p * "<local>;IP;computername;FQDN
