ERROR when i email

Hey all,
I have an excel file (4.69kb) that i am emailing. It works great on this end
until he opens it and it says it has been corrupted beyond repair. It doesn't
always happen but when it does i then have to resend and resend again. Any
suggestions?
I don't know if it matters but there are macro's, forms, filters, etc.

Does the recipient have an overactive virus scanner?

Not sure. When you open his email the computer checks for virus and says it
is clean. What else do I have him look for?

Try temporarily disabling the virus scanner and see if it clears up
