Error when i tried to delete a resource

When tried to delete a resource in the ps cleaner appears this error message:

Failed to checkout Resource global... PDS Error Description :
rsProjectCheckedoutToOtherUser
Done

What can i do?

Hi,

your need to check in the resource first. Make sure the the Enterprise
Resource Pool is not opened by anyone and then goto Admin/Manage Enterprise
Features/Check Enterprise Resources.
