Error when importing groups from Windows AD

Hi All,

I am trying to import groups from my Windows AD. I have the connector
service running, but when I click on the update now button, it fails to
synchronize and the event lof shows this message

Component AD Connector
File: Auto AD Process
Line -1
Description: <Description><![CDATA[AD Res Pool Sync - Accessing AD Groups
failed: (-2147463155) The directory property cannot be found in the cache
]]><\Description>

Any help with this would be highly appreciated..
