A week ago, I changed the version of Office 2008 from the english version to the spanish version. Now I have a new main identity (in spanish), and when I try to import the database from the Main identity in english I cannot select the database, that looks shadowed.

I'm not surprised. The name of the files that compose the identity are
probably in English and your version now looks for them with a name in
Spanish.

Let Entourage create a new blank identity to see what the names of the
files should be, then change them in your previous identity accordingly
so that Entourage can see and import them,

That's right. Now I have the database ok. Only a question. I have a older database, when I try to import, I cannot select that database.

Thanks,

You cannot import from an Entourage 2008 Identity to another Entourage 2008
Identity. You can only import from an older version like 2004 or X. You can
use the export options and import those data files.

How to manually move your data. (when import fails and/or you need to move
to a new Identity same version or revert to an older version)
