Error when installing One Note

I'm getting an error when I try and install One Note on my PC. It installed prefectly on my laptop running Win2000. My PC is running XP.

It says: "Installation Source Has Been Corrupted" setup cannot contimue or something... It happens right after I enter in the product code. The product code is right because I enter an invalid code once (I messed up)

I tried this fix: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;820930&Product=off200

The MSXML thing tried to mess up my Outlook or something...

HELP!!!! Anyone know what to do???????
