Error when opening Excel and Word documents.

Since the upgrade to XP. You get an error stating "A
document with the same is already open. You cannot open
two documents with the same name." If you click "OK" you
can work on the documents. This seams to happen in Excel
as well as Word. I loaded SR1 and 2 and still get the same
error.

salut à tous,
je vous annonce par ce mail que j'ai de serieux probleme
avec mon ordi win 2000 en effet avec mon doc excel tous
les fichiers présentent un message d'erreur.
par ailleurs avec ma connexion rtc je n'arrive plus a me
déconnecté de la barre des taches et je suis obligé de
redemarrer mon ordi.
