Error when opening Excel

Everytime I open Excel I get an error message. The title
bar says "Microsoft Visual Basic" and the error says "File
not found". There is an OK and Help button available. I
click the OK button and Excel seems to start up w/ not
problems. I click the help button and doesn't give me any
idea as to what file cannot be found. How do I get this
error message to stop popping up?
