Error when opening Outlook 2000

Hi and thanks in advance
I get this message when opening Outlook and would like to understand and
eliminate the underlying problem.
Detect and Repair does not correct it.
Ideas?

I get this message when opening Outlook and would like to understand and
eliminate the underlying problem.

The add-in "C:\WINDOWS\system32\REDEMP-DLL" could not be installed or loaded.

Redemption is an add-in. 'Tools|Options|Other|Advanced Options|Add-in
Manager', uncheck Redemption. If you don't find it there, it may be under
the "COM Add-ins" button.
